Warranty

All projects come with a 36-month labor warranty. ACME Turf will repair any area resulting from defective workmanship.

Putting greens include an 8-year manufacturers warranty. All other turf includes a 15 year manufacturers warranty.

Warranty Requests

Thank you for choosing ACME Turf. Our 36-Month Warranty covers the fabrication and installation of your turf system.

The following items are not covered by our warranty and will incur a minimum service fee of $250.

  • Acts of nature (floods, fire, etc)
  • Drainage issues
  • Irrigation issues after project completion (including sprinklers)
  • Damaged or melted turf caused by window reflections or any other producer of sun magnification
  • Damage caused by humans and/or pets
  • Damage caused to utility wires, underground lines and/or water pipes during installation
  • Damage caused by tree limbs or foliage falling on the turf
  • Pet odors
  • Turf matting
